Initial Problem
Rasa was sending an upcoming order email to active subscribers but had two problems:
- Poor CX: If a subscriber wanted to make an edit to their subscription, they had to click a link in the email, get directed to the subscription portal, and then manually make changes in there.
- High cancellation rate: Once subscribers entered the portal, they had a high chance of cancelling their subscription.
