Initial Problem

Buoy was sending an upcoming order email to active subscribers but had one major problem:

  1. High cancellation rate due to customers having too much product on hand. Since customers didn't have easy access to changing their subscription frequency or the ability to delay their order, they were logging into their portal to cancel or pause indefinitely.

Zaymo + Kulin's Solution

With Zaymo's interactive email widgets, Buoy was able to do two major things:

  1. Frictionless delays: Customers could delay their upcoming shipment directly inside the reminder email. No logging in. No redirects.

  2. Freedom to change subscription frequency: Customers could change from monthly to quarterly shipments directly inside an email with one click.
