Initial Problem

AKT London was sending an upcoming order email to active subscribers but had two problems:

  1. Clunky cross sell experience: In order for customers to purchase products promoted in an email, they were directed to their customer account where they manually needed to add product to their subscription.

  2. Manual subscription editing: Whenever a customer wanted to swap a variant or change when the date of their shipment, they needed to login to the subscription portal and navigate around to make decisions.
